The 50th Annual Riverside County High School Art Show

Awards Reception: April 12, 2012 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Continuing a tradition that is now marked by its 50th year, the Riverside Art Museum is proud of its history hosting the Riverside County High School Art Show. High school students across the county will submit a piece of original artwork within the categories of: Photography, Ceramics, Sculpture, Mixed Media / Collage, Acrylic / Oil Painting, Watercolor, Drawing in Black and White / Ink, Drawing in Color, and Graphic Art. All artwork will be judged by a panel of local figures in the art community to select winners from each category, as well as ‘Best of Show’ and sponsor-selected awards. While in the past RAM has only exhibited the 50 award-winning pieces, we will celebrate this momentous anniversary by displaying all artwork submissions. The winning pieces will be prominently displayed with indication of the awards received.
