Riverside Artswalk @ RAM

1st Thursdays of each month, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

The Riverside Artswalk is a monthly community event that celebrates the diversity of arts and culture in Riverside and the Inland Empire. Visit over 22 downtown locations, including museums, galleries, and studios, presenting an eclectic mix of visual and performing arts. Either before or after, enjoy the many entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences that downtown Riverside has to offer.

Riverside Artswalk is hosted by the Riverside Arts Council and sponsored by the City of Riverside and Riverside Downtown Partnership.

Join us at RAM for a fun, free evening at the art museum.

Join us for the 12th Design After Dark at the Riverside Art Museum. This time, it'll be in our atrium and the Art Institute - Inland Empire is bringing the artist Hex to complete an original L.A. BBoy painting and talking about hip hop history and future objectives. (First 100 people will receive a free Hex sticker!) There will also be special performances by Zulu Gremlin (he'll also speak on hip hop history at 7:30 p.m.), Wilpower Airforce, Warlock FBC, Megaman TBB, and Iceman. DJs for the night are Mental Physix and OG Haaze. Art project for the kids and, as always, materials for you to draw during the event!

We'll also have the Poly High School Photography Club up on our roof for their showcase! Our own Photo Artists Network will also be showing artwork up there. Poly HS AP art student artwork will be on display on our 2nd floor.

AND we'll have a fun art project for all ages to participate in too!

See you at Artswalk!

Our Photo Artists Network (PAN) group invites you to walk around the museum and take selfies! Post them on Instagram and Facebook, #riversideartmuseum #PAN, and they'll project them on screen during Artswalk. They're also working on a presentation on subject matter and technique, and what selfies say about you.

Stay tuned for more information.
